Try us for 4 weeks then sign up as a member.

We also accept £2 optional donations on the night (cash/card).

The ethos of this session is “an enjoyably tough run that you would not do on your own”. Each week we design and deliver an interval-based running session, suitable for all abilities.

  • All adults over the age of 18 are welcome, and everyone gets a four week free trial.

    If you are new to running, or feel you can’t quite achieve the planned session yet, that’s ok! We can help you get there over time.

  • No! We have members of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced runners.

  • Our coaches and run leaders ensure no one gets left behind!

    Each session can be customised to individual runners' abilities — less intervals or slower pace, for example — just talk to the coaches before the session.

  • Membership fees are outlined on our Join The Club page.

    You can try us out for four weeks without becoming a member. We do ask for £2 donations on the night, but these are optional and no one is obligated to donate.
