Launched at our 26/27 AGM and started with a short survey, our WERCING group initiative, a 2 year project in which members lead the creation of a 5-10 year development plan for the club and we identify the next generation of leaders, began properly on July 4th 2026.

Between the 4th and 11th of July over two workshops, around 30 of our members met to discuss the future of our club, marking the beginning of a sustainable and exciting way forward.
