BE SAFE, BE SEEN!

With the darker evenings well and truly upon us, our WERC members swapped their usual interval session for a Neon Social Run, bringing plenty of bright colours, reflective clothing and flashing lights to the streets of Edinburgh!

It was a brilliant evening of easy miles, good company and a reminder of just how important it is to be seen and stay safe when running in the dark.

As our club sessions continue throughout autumn and winter, we'd encourage all members to wear bright or reflective clothing and consider wearing a running light to help stay visible.
