1st November Our club treasurer is one of the stalwarts at our Early Risers Club and has recently stepped into helping make sure it can go ahead when Head Coach Dom Godfrey and ERC lead Valerie Willis can't make it. Martin took to the challenge exceedingly well, giving Dom the confidence to ask him to attend a Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) course this morning, and of course passing with flying colours. So please follow my lead and welcome Martin to the coaching team. Whilst Martin will predominately use his skills at ERC, who knows where this journey will take him.
