28th April EGM  Dear member As previously communicated, we are required to elect a new Club Secretary to the West Edinburgh Running Club committee. Club member, Kathryn Sykes, has received two nominations to take over the role. Kathryn has been a valued and positive member of the club for almost a year now, joining in our first six months, and she brings knowledge of committee and board processes. The Secretary role is a core and crucial position on the club's committee and we are extremely excited at the prospect of having Kathryn on board, shaping the future of the club.  In order to formally elect Kathryn we need to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with our membership to conduct a vote.   The meeting will take place on Thursday 15th May 2025 at 18:15 at Saughton Park (just before our weekly training session).  To elect a new committee member, we need at least 25 members to vote, so it’s essential that as many members as possible attend this brief m...
