Meet Your Welfare Officer: Rhea 

Hello! I am Rhea  your welfare officers at WERC. Our primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being of all club members. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harm or abuse and are committed to addressing any such incidents at the club promptly.

I believe every adult should feel safe and comfortable in a sporting environment, and we strive to create a sense of inclusivity for all runners at WERC. We are always available to talk and provide a listening ear for any questions or concerns you may have.
