Meet Your Welfare Officers: Rhea and Alice

Hello! We are Rhea and Alice, your welfare officers at WERC. Our primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being of all club members. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harm or abuse and are committed to addressing any such incidents at the club promptly.

We believe every adult should feel safe and comfortable in a sporting environment, and we strive to create a sense of inclusivity for all runners at WERC. We are always available to talk and provide a listening ear for any questions or concerns you may have.
